Ingrid Armbruster
Naturopath
As a mother of three almost grown-up children, I experience a colorful and varied life with ups and downs. In addition to my family, I love nature, the sun and exercise, which give me strength and balance.
In my previous job as a nurse in an accident and rehabilitation clinic, I was particularly fascinated by the interpersonal encounters and conversations. It was impressive to see the progress that is possible when people find their inner balance and actively shape their lives.
I am convinced that mental well-being has an enormous influence on health. Psychoneuroimmunology confirms that self-healing powers lie dormant in all of us. In my therapeutic work, I look for the connection between mental well-being and physical health in order to find out what the soul is suffering from and what it really needs.
