Let's talk: Menopause - Fresh-Up
What is it about
Some women long for the end of their period, others are afraid of the changes that come with menopause. Find out what changes at this time and that it's not always just the sex hormones that are behind the numerous symptoms. Stress and attitudes towards femininity can even exacerbate them. Because menopause is not a disease! So let's talk about it openly.
A few facts:
In the 19th century, only a few women lived long enough to leave the menopause behind them - the average life expectancy was well under 50 years.
The premenopause begins from the age of 40. The body starts to make initial preparations to end the fertile phase. It often begins with irregular cycles. At around 51 years of age, the time for the last period has come. The ovarian reserve has been used up. Now the menopause begins.
We would like to invite women in their late 30s and early 40s to listen, because some complaints can be alleviated at an early stage.
Let's immerse ourselves together in the world of plants, nutrients, the psyche and a healthy lifestyle. We look forward to lively participation and an exchange of experiences.
