Bettina Bantleon
Hormone yoga pioneer and nutritionist
Bettina's fascination for yoga began in 2003. The physical ease of an asana, combined with inner peace and serenity increasingly attracted her interest in yoga. In 2009 she completed a training at AirYoga Munich and discovered her passion for teaching.
In 2010, she additionally trained as a hormone yoga teacher with Dinah Rodrigues. Her special interest for her students lies in a good alignment as well as an increased physical and mental quality of life.
