Andrea Mohr
alternative practitioner, coach for women in change processes
As an alternative health practitioner, Andrea began specializing in holistic women's health many years ago. True to her motto, "Knowledge is a part of health," she has grown into an experienced lecturer and mentor in addition to her full-time practice. She treats almost all gynecological complaints on a phytotherapeutic and hormonal basis. Her training as a coach for women in change processes gives her valuable impulses on a spiritual level - because holistic therapy encompasses body, mind and soul.
Let's talk: Menopause
What is it about
In the 19th century, only a few women lived long enough to leave the menopause behind them - the average life expectancy was well under 50 years.
The premenopause begins from the age of 40. The body starts to make initial preparations to end the fertile phase. It often begins with irregular cycles. At around 51 years of age, the time for the last period has come. The ovarian reserve has been used up. Now the menopause begins.
We would like to invite women in their late 30s and early 40s to listen, because some complaints can be alleviated at an early stage.
