Trauma and peace - the search for security
What is it about
We all have them - the big and small wounds of life. Some heal well, some we don't even notice. Others leave deep scars or tear open again and again and turn life upside down.
They exist in individual experiences and on a collective level. They can also be passed down through generations. Our system can react in very different ways. Our physical or emotional sensations often change. Perhaps the body aches, we withdraw or start to lose our nerve quickly. This can be very individual for each person.
In this webinar, we will look together at what trauma can mean, what happens and why it happens, and what the consequences can be. Together we will explore how trauma, peace and the search for safety are connected and how mindful body and breath work can restore and strengthen access to our bodies and ourselves.
Everything is an invitation, and you can always try things out and decide what is right for you. It's great if you're part of it!
