Let's talk: PMS
What is it about
About every 4th woman or menstruating person is affected by it and the discomfort can seriously affect their quality of life from the second half of the cycle onwards. Premenstrual syndrome is as individual as you are. We now know more than 150 different symptoms that can occur from ovulation and slowly disappear with the onset of bleeding.
The cycle is controlled by a fine interplay of different hormones, which in turn are exposed to various other influences. If there is a hormonal imbalance as a result, we notice this, for example, in breast tenderness, mood swings, irritability, headaches, bloated belly, skin blemishes, water retention, ravenous appetite, increased menstrual bleeding, etc.
How and why does PMS occur and above all how can you get rid of your PMS?!
