What is it about
Physical resilience and resistance are essential components of a healthy lifestyle. They require a holistic approach that includes regular exercise, a healthy diet, adequate sleep and effective stress management techniques.Â
If we are sufficiently resilient, we are less susceptible to trauma and also face the stress of everyday life with an inner expansion instead of collapsing under it. Christoph Weigert explains what trauma and resilience actually mean. He shows us how we can have less of one (trauma) and more of the other (resilience).
We will also be given a short exercise - "inner inflation" - to rebuild and realign our bodies from the inside. Finally, we will receive tips on how to train and integrate physical resilience into everyday life.
