In her first life, she is the mother of two daughters aged 6 and 9. In her second life, she works as a dietician and functional medicine therapist and is involved in cancer counseling in Meissen. Peggy has been self-employed with her own practice "essthetik - Diät- & Ernährungsberatung" in Meißen since 2008. Weight has always been an issue for her. She was put on a diet when she was just one year old and her father nicknamed her "Fat". Due to an inexplicable weight gain of 20 kilograms within a short period of time as a teenager and contact with eating disorders in her environment, her interest in a career in nutrition grew.

What is it about

"I never thought something like this would ever happen to me" is a typical sentence from burnout clients who have become exhausted and depressed after prolonged stress. The smallest effort is too much for them, the lowest hurdle still too high.

Burn-out syndrome describes a severe emotional and physical exhaustion in which the quality of life deteriorates drastically and those affected suffer greatly.

Exhausted, empty, burnt out? Burnout starts in the cell metabolism!

Excessive stress and mental strain increase the need for nutrients in particular. Supplying certain micronutrients and vitamins can therefore help to cover this increased need and avoid the health consequences of a deficiency.
